I HATE asparagus.
You made it look crisp and interesting.
But I'm still not eating it!

I LOVES me some asparagus, or "aspergrass" as we used to clal it as kids.
In some olive oil sauteed julienned asparagus with onions (and gralic if you like).
Remove from pan, set aside.
beat up 2 or 3 eggs, with a tablespoon of water, salt and pepper.
Now take add the aspargus and stir.
To a non stick frying pan( or lightly greased with olive oil) that's been heated, add the mixture. Let cook to set, flip, and cook other side.
Cut into pieces or serve whole with really good bread, and salad.
TUM!!
