I LOVES me some asparagus, or "aspergrass" as we used to clal it as kids. In some olive oil sauteed julienned asparagus with onions (and gralic if you like). Remove from pan, set aside. beat up 2 or 3 eggs, with a tablespoon of water, salt and pepper. Now take add the aspargus and stir. To a non stick frying pan( or lightly greased with olive oil) that's been heated, add the mixture. Let cook to set, flip, and cook other side. Cut into pieces or serve whole with really good bread, and salad. TUM!!
I love mornings. I started following 3191 in early 2007. I am inspired by the simple beauty they post every day. I am especially drawn to the year of mornings because I myself am a morning person. The first thing I do when I get up in the morning is pour myself a cup of coffee.

I HATE asparagus.
You made it look crisp and interesting.
But I'm still not eating it!
